First, please make sure you have already purchased the app with your current account.

iOS
  1. Go to Settings → tap [your name] → iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
  4. If you have an active Online Piano Atlas subscription, you will see the OPA subscription (Yearly or Monthly) along with the next billing date — the date until your subscription is active and on which it will renew.
Important note for iOS users: We also offer the Online Piano Atlas web version — the Piano Age Calculator — which works just like a native app on every device (phone, laptop, computer). The database is the same, so you no longer need to worry about switching phones or wanting to use the app on a desktop. Register here:

Android
  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu → Subscriptions.
  4. Select the OPA subscription and check the next billing date — the date until your subscription is active and on which it will renew.
Important note for Android users: When your current subscription expires, please do not start a new subscription in the Google Play Store. We offer a better option for Android users — please read this notice:

  2. Tap OK in the pop-up window asking for a subscription.
  3. Scroll down the packages page and tap RESTORE PURCHASE. Wait until you see the confirmation, then close and reopen the app.
  4. If the issue still persists, delete the app from your phone and reinstall it from the App Store.
  5. Open the app again and repeat steps 1–3.
  6. If the issue still persists, please contact us.
